Ms Parampreet Kaur Sidhu is a graduate and a postgraduate in speciality mental health (Psychiatric) nursing from the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. She has relevant clinical experience in the Vidya Sagar Institute of Mental Health, Amritsar and did her internship training in the Satguru Partap Singh Apollo Hospital, Ludhiana. She has also trained at CIP (Central Institute of Psychiatry), Ranchi and NIMHANS (National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences), Bangalore.
She is a lifetime member of TNAI (Trained Nurses Association of India) and ISPN (International Society of Psychiatric – Mental Health Nurses). She has conducted a research study on internet addiction and its effect on academic performance among school students. With her services as the ward manager, Ms Sidhu spearheads the nursing team very ably at the Mind Plus Retreat.
